Umbrella Real Estate was founded by Mr. Abdul Amin primarily as a real estate development and brokerage firm. Our vision is to be recognised as the country's premier broker, employing high quality agents and practising brokerage akin to the highest levels of international standards as experienced by Mr. Amin in his ten years as a developer and investor.

Our founder has been involved in the business of real estate since 1998 when he developed a high-spec mansion, which to this day is one of the most sought-after properties in the region. Following in 2002 was the rapid turn-around of an ailing UK-based chain of restaurants. Mr. Amin's attention then turned to the formation of what has now become our Venture Capital team.

Our team, identified as savvy investors of real estate by international property elements, have persistently been approached with projects and proposals from around the world. Property, being a passion, our current Directors relocated to the investment hotspot of Dubai setting up highly lucrative private ventures that spurred them on to larger developments of their own.

For the past few years our directors have juggled living between London and Dubai, developing projects including a hotel, apartment complexes in the London Olympic zone as well as apartments close to London's famous Mayfair district. Their gifts in conceptualising real estate ventures, intimate attention to detail and massive exposure to a multitude of marketing and financing techniques bring years of international property know-how to our company.

In evaluating the Philippines as compared to rival emerging markets, we have been impressed by the rapid level of development within Manila thus far. However, despite all the quality real estate choices cropping up,
we feel there is a distinct lack of a well-branded one-stop realtor that the public can take confidence in when making these choices. Our aspiration is to homogenized ethical 21st century real estate practice within the Philippines, unlocking the potential that this growth market has to offer. Initially as a brokerage that will within a few short months be venturing into the field of high-rise development, Umbrella Real Estate is the vehicle and the brand for this vision.
